    By using GridMinds (gridminds.cloud), you agree to these Terms of Service. GridMinds is operated by NBY Tech Solutions LLP, Surat, Gujarat, India.
  

1. Service Description

GridMinds is an AI-powered BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) and Solar intelligence platform that provides tender monitoring, proposal generation, financial modelling, and market intelligence for the Indian energy sector.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
One account per company — sharing credentials is not permitted on Starter plans
You must be 18 years or older to use this service

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Starter: Rs 5,000/month — tender alerts + 5 proposals
Professional: Rs 12,000/month — all features + AI agents
Enterprise: Rs 25,000/month — white-label + API access
14-day free trial available — no credit card required
Billing is monthly, processed via Razorpay
All prices are exclusive of GST (18% applicable)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or copy the platform
Use the service for illegal purposes
Share your account credentials with competitors
Scrape or systematically download data from the platform
Submit false or misleading information

5. Data & AI-Generated Content

Tender data is sourced from public government portals (SECI, NTPC, GUVNL etc.). AI-generated proposals and financial models are for reference only — GridMinds does not guarantee accuracy for actual bid submissions. Always verify critical data before submission.

6. Intellectual Property

GridMinds platform, algorithms, and content are the intellectual property of NBY Tech Solutions LLP. Proposals generated for your company using your data are yours to use.

7. Limitation of Liability

GridMinds provides intelligence tools, not investment or legal advice. NBY Tech Solutions LLP is not liable for business decisions made based on platform data. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. NBYTech reserves the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
