Subscription and payment details (processed via Razorpay — we do not store card data)
Usage data — pages visited, features used, tenders viewed
Communications you send us via email or Telegram

To provide and improve the GridMinds platform
To send tender alerts, market intelligence, and news relevant to your business

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in India (Hostinger VPS, Mumbai region). We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission. Passwords are stored as SHA-256 hashes — we never store plain text passwords.

Razorpay — for payment processing
Telegram — if you connect your Telegram account for alerts
Google — if you use Google Drive sync features
